Telvo maintains a business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) program covering platform operations, network operations, fund administration, and LP communications.
Network Operations Continuity
Tower, DAS, fiber, spectrum, satellite, and subsea landing asset operations are supported by redundant network operations centers, geographically dispersed monitoring, and 24/7 field operations coverage. Uptime SLA commitments to carrier and enterprise customers are backed by tested continuity procedures.
Platform Continuity
Platform functions including investment, asset management, fund administration, and LP reporting maintain remote-work capability, redundant systems, and off-site data backups. Critical vendors including the fund administrator and auditor maintain their own BCDR programs subject to Telvo review.
Testing
BCDR procedures are tested at least annually. Test results, gaps, and remediation actions are reviewed by senior leadership and reported to the LP Advisory Committee.
