The principal operating entity conducting tower siting, network development, fiber route construction, spectrum acquisition, and carrier leasing activities across the fund portfolio. Employs the platform's investment, asset management, engineering, and business development teams. Holds operational contracts, MLA agreements, and infrastructure ground leases across all fund strategies.

Investment Manager

Telvo Capital Management, LLC

The registered investment manager and managing member of all general partner entities across Telvo's fund vehicles. Oversees fund administration, LP reporting, capital call management, carried interest calculations, and investment committee operations. Alexandra Pohl serves as key person across all fund vehicles.
